Google Ads

Google Ads management that spends like it is your money

Most underperforming Google Ads accounts are not a bidding problem. They are a structure problem and a measurement problem. Ad groups that cover six services at once, conversion actions that count a page view as a lead, and a negative list nobody has touched since launch. We rebuild the structure, fix what is being counted, and then optimize against numbers that mean something.

What you get

What is actually delivered

Not a scope of hours. These are the things that exist at the end of the engagement, written so you can check whether you got them.

  • One tightly themed ad group per service, with keyword research per group across core, emergency, commercial and location-qualified intent
  • Responsive search ads written to the full character limits, not padded to fill them
  • A negative keyword list that blocks waste without blocking commercial intent
  • The full asset set: sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, call, business name, logo and location
  • Conversion tracking set up end to end, including enhanced conversions for leads, and verified firing before launch
  • Performance Max asset groups per service rather than one catch-all group

How it runs

The order the work happens in

Every step produces something you can look at, so you are never asked to approve work you have not seen.

  1. Audit the account

What is being counted as a conversion, what the search terms report says you are actually paying for, and how much of the budget is going to queries you would never bid on deliberately.

  2. Rebuild the structure

One theme per ad group, match types chosen on purpose, and a landing page per campaign that answers the query the click came from.

  3. Fix the measurement

Calls, form leads and chat starts tracked as separate actions with the right primary and secondary designation, verified firing before a dollar is spent.

  4. Prune weekly

Search terms reviewed, negatives added, budget moved toward what converts. Paid search is a maintenance discipline, not a launch event.

Straight answers

Questions about Google Ads

The ones that come up on a first call, answered the way we would answer them on the phone rather than the way a brochure would.

What budget do we need to run Google Ads?

It depends entirely on your cost per click and how many leads you need. We look at your market before recommending a figure, rather than starting from a number and hoping.

Do you manage the account or rebuild it?

Usually both. We rebuild what needs rebuilding, then manage it. Managing a badly structured account is optimizing a problem instead of removing it.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Campaigns are built in your account, under your billing, and everything remains yours whether or not we keep working together.

Should we run Search or Performance Max?

Search first, because it gives you the query data. Performance Max works well once conversion tracking is trustworthy and there is enough signal for it to learn from.
